A city of spring colours, half a city of flowers, ten thousand hectares of waves embracing the sea. In March, DMA held a 3-day group building activity in the beautiful city of Xiamen, aiming at letting the staff understand the company's culture, promoting the unity and cooperation among the staff, and better uniting them to achieve the company's vision together.
From the first day of the group building activity, a series of surprises made all the staff feel the energetic atmosphere. The exciting [Sailing out to sea] not only feel romantic, exciting sailing surfing, encounter white dolphins, but also watch the scenery across the Taiwan Strait, feel the sea brings us a good feeling of riding the waves.
Gulangyu Island has jagged sea reefs, meandering shorelines, mountains, peaks and rocks, and Gulangyu Island has architecture as its surface and music as its soul. Stroll along the alleys and stone paths of Gulangyu Island and feel the camaraderie and beauty of Gulangyu's architecture, flowers and trees.
Walking in the rainforest world of Xiamen Garden and Botanical Garden is like being in a tropical rainforest, feeling the breath of nature and escaping from the busy city life for a short time.
The team carried out colourful activities, which gave the employees a chance to relax and get to know more about the company's culture and values, and also further strengthened the unity and friendship among the employees. This team building activity laid a solid foundation for the development of DMA, and also injected new energy into the co-operation between employees and promoted the unity goal of employees. In the future, DMA will continue to organise more quality team activities, so that employees can enjoy the fun of team building and realise the company's vision together.
