DMA Marine Guilin Yangshuo Team Building | Embracing the Landscapes, Moving Forward Together
With mountains as our pledge and waters as our companion, we honor our youth and cherish our journey together.
Stepping away from their busy routines and the hustle and bustle of city life, the team members of DMA Marine Engineering Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. set off for Guilin and Yangshuo, embarking on a 4-day, 3-night journey through breathtaking landscapes. From the city's iconic Elephant Trunk Hill to the hundred-mile gallery of the Li River, and from the mystical depths of Silver Cave to the summit of Ruyi Peak—every stop served as a beautiful testament to the team's strong camaraderie.
■ Gathering at Elephant Hill: Our First Encounter with Guilin
Upon arriving in Guilin, our first stop was Elephant Trunk Hill, the proud symbol of the city. Amidst the green mountains and crystal-clear waters, the team unfurled their banner, capturing the very first group photo of the trip.

In front of Elephant Trunk Hill, let's unite our hearts and minds.
As night fell, we strolled along the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, where the Sun and Moon Twin Towers cast a radiant glow over Shanhu Lake. Under the glimmering lights, the peaceful integration of mountains and rivers quietly fostered a sense of warmth and unity within the team.

■ Cruising the Li River and Exploring Silver Cave
Cruising down the Li River on a boat, we watched a hundred-mile scroll of breathtaking scenery unfold before us, framed by uniquely shaped peaks and winding turquoise waters. Leaning against the railing and looking into the distance, team members immersed themselves in the poetic sensation of 'boating on green waves, walking through a painting,' fully enjoying Nature's finest gift.

In the afternoon, we stepped into Silver Cave and felt as though we had traveled to another world. The stalactites and stalagmites took on countless forms, gleaming brilliantly under the colorful lights—some resembling cascading waterfalls, others like celestial palaces. The uncanny craftsmanship of nature left everyone in awe.

As evening approached, we entered the Guilin Romance Park. The breathtaking live-action performance and rich ethnic customs encapsulated thousands of years of Guilin's history into a series of brilliant acts, bringing a perfect end to the day.

■ Bamboo Rafting and Scaling the Summit
Moving on to Yangshuo, bamboo rafts drifted gently along the Yulong River. The water was as clear as a mirror, reflecting the emerald bamboo and distant mountains. Drifting slowly with long poles, laughter echoed between the hills—all fatigue was completely washed away by this serene landscape.

In the afternoon, we took the Ruyi Peak cableway, ascending slowly to the top of the mountains. Looking out as far as the eye could see, the extraordinary mountains and beautiful waters of Guilin were completely on display. Scaling the height to see far into the distance mirrors our team's journey—only by standing higher can we see a broader future.

Overlooking Peaks from Ruyi Peak Summit]
With memories full of beautiful landscapes, the team members embarked on their journey back to Shanghai. The 4-day, 3-night trip was short yet fulfilling—from our first meeting at Elephant Trunk Hill to cruising the Li River, and from exploring Silver Cave to scaling Ruyi Peak, every step taken side-by-side has made the team more cohesive and tightly-knit.
Carrying the open-mindedness and serenity gifted by these mountains and rivers, all members of DMA Marine will continue to set sail toward the next horizon. With mountains and oceans in our hearts and strength beneath our feet, we look forward to the future and sail far together!
