From April 18th to 20th, 2025, DMA organized a unique team-building activity for its employees, leading them to Shangrao, Jiangxi Province, where they embarked on a dreamlike journey to Wangxian Valley, Sanqingshan Mountain and Huanling in Wuyuan. Amid the harmonious blend of nature and culture, they created an unforgettable memory.

(1) Wangxian Valley: Encounter the World of Immortal Heroes

The first stop of the journey is Wangxian Valley. Hidden in the Ling Shan Mountain range, it is like a real-life version of a martial arts world of immortals. When everyone steps into Wangxian Valley, it feels as if they have traveled back to a secret realm of ancient martial arts immortals. Strolling along the Qingyun Bridge, one can feel the beautiful implication of 'stepping onto the path to success'. Walking on the Xunxian Road, the winding plank road makes people feel as if they are in a fairyland. The cliff walls are illuminated by thousands of lights, and the ancient-style market, bonfire party, and starry sky bar interweave into a dreamlike picture of light and shadow. Everyone relaxes in this romantic atmosphere and enjoys the tranquility and beauty.

(2) Sanqingshan: Climbing to the Summit of the Immortal Mountain 

After leaving Wangxian Valley, everyone arrived at Sanqingshan, which is known as the 'Number One Immortal Mountain in the World'. Sanqingshan is a World Natural Heritage Site, renowned for its four wonders: strange peaks, peculiar rocks, sea of clouds, and ancient pines.

Taking the cable car straight up to the clouds, they began their trek through the fairyland. Surrounded by mist and clouds, it felt as if they were in a painting. Strolling along the high-altitude plank roads on the West Coast and the Sunshine Coast, they overlooked the Huaiyu Mountain Range. When the sea of clouds surged, it seemed as if they were treading on floating clouds. They also came across natural rock sculptures like 'The Monkey King Presenting Treasures' and 'Guanyin Sending a Child', which made them marvel at the wonders of nature.

Although the climb up Sanqingshan was challenging, everyone encouraged and supported each other, demonstrating the team's cohesion and tenacity.

(3) Huanling, Wuyuan: Experience the Beauty of the Countryside 

The last stop was Huanling in Wuyuan, one of the most beautiful villages in China. It was springtime, and the mountains were ablaze with blooming azaleas. The pink flower fields and the white-walled, black-tiled Hui-style buildings complemented each other, creating a breathtaking pastoral scene.

Taking the cable car up to Huanling, everyone strolled through the ancient village's narrow alleys, immersing themselves in the profound heritage of Huizhou culture. The terraced fields of Huanling were built along the mountainside, layer upon layer, like a palette of the earth. Here, everyone savored authentic rural cuisine and enjoyed the leisurely moments, as if time had slowed down.

(4) Significance of Team Building: Unite Team Strength 

This team-building activity in Wangxian Valley, Sanqingshan Mountain and Huanling of Wuyuan not only allowed everyone to appreciate the magnificent natural scenery and the long-standing historical culture, but also enhanced communication and collaboration among the team members. During the journey, everyone helped and supported each other, and overcame various difficulties together. The cohesion and centripetal force of the team were further strengthened. 

I believe that in the future work, everyone will bring the unity, tenacity and optimism gained from the team-building activities to their work and contribute more to the development of the company. Looking forward to the next team-building activity, we will walk hand in hand again and create more wonderful moments!
